Bobby Sumner
Bobby has been serving the senior living industry since 1983, working with over 250 communities across the U.S. He provides a range of consulting services, including sales coaching, customer service and etiquette training, marketing audits, strategic positioning, market feasibility studies, and product development.
Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He has been a licensed Assisted Living Administrator and has held a real estate license in North Carolina.

Jim Antonakos
Jim Antonakos brings over 16 years of leadership experience in senior living sales, marketing, and operations. His career has been marked by consistent achievement, innovation, and a remarkable ability to build and develop high-performing teams, particularly evident in his roles at Erickson Senior Living communities Oak Crest and Avery Point.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Walden University and is an elder at Crestwood Church in Richmond, VA.

Pamela Steitz
Pam Steitz is a leader in healthcare and senior living with expertise in strategic planning, market research, operations, and finance. She is the Founder and President of PLS Market Analysis, a senior living consulting firm that provides market feasibility studies, community repositioning, marketing and sales audits, and consumer research.
Pam also serves as Vice Chair of the Board for Liberty Lutheran Services and as Chair of the Board Strategic Planning Committee.
