Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He has been a licensed Assisted Living Administrator and has held a real estate license in North Carolina.

He has led a consulting firm focused on providing strategic, financial, and operational guidance to organizations, helping them improve performance and achieve sustainable impact.

Scot’s areas of expertise include financial advisory, real estate development, strategic planning, and operational performance improvement, consistently delivering solutions that align with organizational goals and long-term success.

Pam Steitz is a leader in healthcare and senior living with expertise in strategic planning, market research, operations, and finance. She is the Founder and President of PLS Market Analysis, a senior living consulting firm that provides market feasibility studies, community repositioning, marketing and sales audits, and consumer research.

Pam also serves as Vice Chair of the Board for Liberty Lutheran Services and as Chair of the Board Strategic Planning Committee.
